RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SIZING
Our Production Philosophy: Caledonia garments are engineered with high-specification, heavy-weight fabrics and built to last. To maintain our commitment to sustainable, low-waste production, every single piece is finished strictly to order. Because we do not hold mass inventory, we do not offer straight refunds for change of mind.
Sizing Exchanges: We want your silhouette to sit perfectly. If you require a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or issue store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The Process:
- Consult our detailed size charts before ordering to ensure the correct fit.
- To initiate an exchange, email launch@caledoniabrand.com with your order number and requested size.
- Return shipping costs to our hub are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and verified, your exchange item will enter production.
