Production Time
Because each Caledonia garment is finished to order, we require a 3-day production window to ensure our high-specification fabrics are prepared correctly before your item ships. Please factor this production time into your delivery expectations.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your item has completed production, it will be shipped via our courier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking Your Order
Once your garment leaves the production hub, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and moved into production within 24 hours of purchase. You will receive a notification once the item has completed the production phase and has been handed over to the courier.
